Currently Me and my girlfriend occupying 1 room, looking to fill out the others. This Room is spacious and fully furnished with Queen Size bed, Wardrobe, Bedside tables, desks, and the works. The Kitchen is very spacious with 2 Large fridges, oven and gas hob, lots of cabinets, a washer and dryer, and a garden at the back of the house. We have two bathrooms and the one downstairs will be for you to use. The location is nearby the city center, bute park and central station, and a 20 minute walk to cardiff university buildings.
Disclaimer: The lease on the house ends in December so it will be a short let for anyone needing a place to stay in the short term. Non Smokers and Non-Drinkers at landlords request.
