Urgent Tenancy Takeover. No Deposit Needed

Due to illness, I have had to pull out of uni so am looking for someone to takeover my contract. The house is only a half hour walk from Cardiff Metropolitan University, ten minutes from many Cardiff Uni campuses and within travelling distance from USW. The city centre is only a half hour walk as well as plenty of local amenities such as a Tesco Express, a doctors and a pharmacy nearby with reliable bus routes around. The house also comes with a parking spot if you have your own vehicle.

The contract is for an immediate move in to a large three bedroom house with two housemates (who are both female and turning twenty, so a female tenant would be preferred but not a requirement) that are very friendly and both students going into their second year at Cardiff Metropolitan.

Shared living quarters but the bedrooms are large enough for you to have your own space. There also is an outdoor seating area in the back garden.

The area, house and tenants are lovely and more details can be given on request. Move in as soon as possible.

It's a great deal and I urgently need this contract taken over as I have no plans to return to university for the foreseeable future.

Note: The property is listed as a four bed, but the spare bedroom is apparently not used for such, so more room for storage.
