Double Bedroom in 4 Bedroom House Available

Hi, We're looking for someone to take over a double unfurnished bedroom in our house in Roath, Cardiff, after one of our new housemates had to pull out unexpectedly at the last minute. We're hoping to find someone ASAP.

The house is around a 30–35 minute walk from Cardiff city centre and has been a great place to live - we've been here for a year and have a responsive landlord who fixes any issues quickly. There's currently 2 of us living here, with another moving in in September.

The house includes:
- Double unfurnished bedroom
- 3 toilets including 1 with a shower and 1 with a bath
- Shared kitchen
- Shared dining/living area and separate man cave
- Plenty of on street parking nearby
- Friendly and welcoming housemates that love a game's night or yap

Bills and council tax are roughly £125 per month on top of the rent (so around £500/month in total per person including rent and bills). A guarantor may be needed depending on your income but if a guarantor isn't an option, there is also the possibility of paying six months rent upfront.

A little about us: We're a neurodivergent household, we love a gig, games night or chill night yapping round the dining table. One of us is coeliac, and another is vegan, but we're completely happy for others to cook and eat meat in the house. We're a liberal household and looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and fits in with the vibe (bonus points if you're a fellow ND).
