Housemate Wanted Grangetown (LGBTQ+ Friendly)

Heya 🤠. I am currently looking for a new housemate for my house in Cardiff. It is a 2 bedroom terrace house located in Grangetown close to tramshed and is a 10 minute walk to central station with lots of local bus stops. The place also has an amazing back garden with a brick BBQ that gets a lot of use over the summer 👩🏾‍🍳.

The bedroom you would be moving into is unfurnished but I am happy to negotiate about helping to provide some basics (bed frame, storage space, ect...). There would also be a wardrobe outside the bedroom that can be used for additional storage. The downstairs and kitchen will be furnished.

The cost for the room is 675 pounds with bills included except council tax. This is because I need someone who can be added to the tenancy agreement. Additionally, you will need to either provide a affordability check for around 10k of annual income or a guarantor. I believe in landlord terms a suitable tenant might be described as a "young professional" or "mature student" but so long as you have a job I have no problems.

I myself am someone who could be described as winning the woke lottery so ideally I am looking for other queer or trans individuals to move in. I'm very active within queer groups in Cardiff so will always have a spare invite to community events. And if you ain't sold on my homosexual nature there is also a very cute cat that lives here (she is very territorial so unfortunately I don’t think any more cats can be brought along).

The move in date for this place would be the 1st of September at the earliest.
