I have two dogs, a 6 year old female Labrador and a 2 year old golden retriever. They are very well trained and only enter the dining room (never the rest of the house) and mainly spend the day in the garden,

Couple Occupancy: £850 / month (all bills inc.)

Deposit: 1 month’s rent
