Downstairs (ground floor) double room to rent in a lovely house in Roath. The room has a door that leads out to a small conservatory style room (great for storage) which then has another door into a secure garden. The room is furnished with all of the white furniture in the pictures including bed and mattress.
The current housemates are all female professionals in their late 20s/early 30s. We're a fairly quiet house, looking for someone who would fit in with that.
The house is just a 1 minute walk from Roath pleasure gardens and 5 minutes from the lake. Easy walking distance of shops on Albany Road and Wellfield Road.
Rent is £445 per month (all bills included!) which is pretty good for the area.
