3 Bed terraced house located just off Newport road, 20 minute walk from city centre, close to multiple bus routes, aldi, lidl etc, very close to boulders climbing gym and gymgroup, nearby to multiple denominational churches etc within walking distance, quiet road. Parking permit available through cardiff council mipermit(some onstreet unrestricted parking too), rear stone and gravel garden which catches sun throughout the day, nice neighbours, open plan downstairs communal area, downstairs bathroom with bath/shower, gas hob and electric oven, private live out landlord (who will handle deposits etc) secure back garden for bike storage.

Pair of quiet friendly mature students/working professionals. We are a pretty chill tidy calm household who enjoy watching films, hanging out, going to church, doing sports and gym etc. Neurodivergent, household is a mix of hanging out and living communally in the shared spaces but also giving each other space to study and relax as needs be. Polite but clear communication style. Enjoy the odd bbq and firepit in the garden when weather is good. Both actively involved in the churches we both attend. Enjoy boardgames etc! Have no pets currently but open to them (would need to confirm with landlord, house trained only please lol)

Re bills, these fluctuate due to seasonal difference in usage weather dependant, amount calculated on yearly average gas is the only one that really changes a bit up and down. There is a high speed fibre wifi router in one of our names that we split the cost between us.

Move in date is slightly flexible as one room is currently empty, just get in touch and we can discuss if needed. Date set for start of academic year as is.
