Double room available

Hello my name is Anna. My flatmate is moving out in Sept and I am looking for someone to take her room. The room is available from the 9th Sept but we can offer some flexibility.

The flat is on the first floor in a great location.
It's very close to UHW and close to bute park, roath park and about 15 min drive into the city. There's lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

The flat has two bathrooms so we would each have our own. The room available has the ensuite. The room is furnished.

The rent is £550. Bills are separate at about £150-200 per month including council tax, electricity and wifi.
There is no allocated parking with the flat but there is usually street parking available.

A bit about me, I work full time as a dietitian in the nhs. I work from home 2 or 3 days per week. I enjoy yoga, running, going to live music, watching films, going for coffees, drinks and travelling.

I am looking for a tidy, friendly, professional housemate, ideally another female in their 30s/40s. The flat has recently been updated with new carpet and paint.
