One Bedroom available in Modern apartment

I have a bedroom available in my modern 2 bedroom apartment.

The room comes with a separate private bathroom that’s located in the hallway opposite the bedroom. Although it isn’t technically an en-suite the bathroom would be yours to use as I have my own separate bathroom.

( The photo of the bedroom is just an old picture from when I was using this bedroom while I was decorating my bedroom just wanted to show example of the size and that you can fit a double bed. It’s now got new cream carpet and freshly painted walls)

The apartment is modern and recently refurbished through out, with comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy going.

The property is fully furnished and is located in the Pentwyn area with great location and transport links. There is a private car park and photos can be shown on request.

I do have a small dog ( cavapoochon ) who is very friendly so you must be okay with dogs if you are interested.

The bedroom isn’t currently used and would come unfurnished however I do have a spare bed double bed that can be used and a set of draws if needed.
