Room available in a girls house in Roath. The room is furnished with all of the white furniture in the pictures including bed and mattress.
The current housemates are all female professionals in their late 20s/early 30s. We're a fairly quiet house, looking for someone who would fit in with that.
The house is just a 1 minute walk from Roath pleasure gardens and 5 minutes from the lake. Easy walking distance of shops on Albany Road and Wellfield Road.
Rent is £445 per month (all bills included!) which is pretty good for the area.
