I have dropped out of uni and I am looking for someone to replace myself in a 5-bedroom house tenancy in the Roath area of Cardiff.
House address is 73 Arabella Street, Roath, CF24 4SX. The tenancy ends 30/06/27. There is permit parking available on the street for anyone looking to bring their car (I paid like £31 for a years permit last year).
The rent is £2475/pcm split between 5 people (works out as £495/pp), with a £25/weekly pp utilities charge (including broadband - Virgin Media 400mbps).
There are two bathrooms - both upstairs. Three bedrooms are upstairs, two downstairs.
Location is right next to City Road, and just a short walk away from the centre of Cardiff. There is also a bus stop a very short walk away from the house, nearest train station would be Cardiff Queen's Street.
There is a Lidl about a 20 minute walk from the house, and many local shops just around the corner!
