​Landlord will professionally clean the room before move-in

​Landlord is replacing the bed, mattress, and carpet with new ones

​Extra racks can be added to the room upon request

About the house:

Property: Terraced house with 4 bedrooms total

Housemates: Currently 1 female and 2 males (friendly professionals). One housemate has a calm, shy, and friendly cat 🐱

Household Preference: Looking for a female tenant to keep a balanced house

Smoking: No smoking 🚭 inside the house; back garden/outside is fine

Key Details:

Move-in Date: September 24th

Rent: £525 per month (All bills included!)

Contract: Flexible rolling contract (2 month notice)
