Room for Rent Adamsdown £550 including bills

Hello, I am moving out as I am going to study abroad. I am looking for someone to move in on the 1st of September.

We have a nice house, bills included, and it is fully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, along with all the typical amenities (fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, oven and more).

Your potential new housemates are professionals, relaxed and easy to get along with. We generally keep to ourselves, but we also like to hang out.

There's space for parking on the drive (negotiated between the housemates and shared among us all).

The room is situated on the upper back floor of the house, meaning it's quiet and separated from the other housemates. Looking over the garden, you won't hear cars or trains, for that matter (it's peaceful). Two bathrooms with showers and a single bath mean that we're never fighting over them!:)

The room is furnished with a desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers and obviously a bed and mattress too - meaning it's ready to move into.
