Chilled easygoing flatmate wanted

Currently living with 4 other boys all working full-time but looking to move out by mid December. They're a good bunch, have lived with each other for a few years, they've got a good taste in films and music and we play basketball in Roath and go pubbing together. The house is located in a fairly quiet area that's only a 10 minute walk from Cathays and Roath (it's basically halfway between both). The rooms spacious and on the ground floor road facing, the boys are tidy (but not clean freaks don't worry). They're very friendly and welcoming. The rent would be a six month contract which would take you through to next summer with the option to continue if you want. I'd say its ideal for a mature student or someone who's staying in Cardiff to work + the rent is lovely and cheap. If you have any questions or want to meet us just send me a whatsap!
