Double en-suite room in lovely Pontcanna flat

Hi! I’m a 29-year old working professional looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely 2 bedroom flat in Pontcanna.

My current flatmate is sadly moving to Newport due to work commitments at the end of September, so her double bedroom with its own private en-suite will be available from around the end of September/beginning of October.

The room is £730 per month + bills.

The flat is in a great location in Pontcanna, with plenty of lovely coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and green spaces nearby, while still being within easy reach of Cardiff city centre.

A little about me, I’m laid-back and friendly, love travelling, have a big interest in architecture and interiors, and enjoy a good movie night. I like the flat to feel like a home and would ideally like to find someone who is happy to have a chat or occasionally do things together, while also respecting each other’s own space and routines.

I’m ideally looking for another working professional or someone studying full-time. You don’t need to have the same interests as me at all, but being clean and tidy in the shared spaces is important to me.
