STUDENT ONLY LETTING
The house has 1 bathroom/shower, living room, kitchen, garden and the room advertised is the biggest one on the 1st floor. Its got wooden floors which is nice.
My housemates are awesome and very kind. The house itself is in the process of getting some maintenance work that should be ironed out soon.
Upon transferring over the contract spot the agency will likely ask for 1 month rent deposit (£500) and potentially advance rent only if the the person does not have a UK homeowner guarantor.
