Beautiful double room in shared apartment in Canton. Large double room with great storage (built in wardrobe, large chest of drawers, hanging rail and under bed space), I have two bathrooms and the lucky person will have the main use of the larger bathroom. There is on street parking available. Large shared living space, and a balcony. Secure bike storage available. I'm a friendly professional and I have lived in many house/flat shares before so I am used to shared living. I'm a mixture of sociable but happy in my own space, looking for someone similar. I do various activities in the week & at the weekend. I WFH several days, therefore would not suit someone who needs to WFH. I keep the space clean & tidy. Most bills included (council tax, water, wi fi) except gas & electricity. The apartment is in a great location close to green spaces, amenities, excellent public transport links, close to the city centre & close to M4.
