Large room available October 5th, in a 3 bed end of terrace house, with 2 housemates (inc. live-in landlord) and a well-behaved 9yo dog. And possibly some chickens in the garden soon.

The room is furnished with a king size bed, 2 desks, a mirror, large-south-facing window with shutters. Storage includes built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet, and pull-out storage under the bed.

We're a fairly low-key and easygoing household. Mostly keep to our own routines but always friendly and up for a chat, and always keep communal areas clean and tidy.

Looking for a housemate with a similar lifestyle / expectations, no preference re: gender/LGBT/international/professional/student etc. The most important factor is that we get along really.

The house is situated on a quiet street in Morganstown, with plenty of parking and easy access to the M4 for commuters. Not pictured but there's also a separate utility room and leafy garden.

It's a 1 minute walk to a bus stop with direct routes to Cardiff city centre via Canton, or around 15 minute walk to Radyr or Taffs Well train stations. And lots of great walks nearby, if you're into that.
