Hi! I’ve decided to find another place to live and there is now going to be my room available in my house share. It is rented by the room on a year lease term and then month to month after that.
Everyone is early 20s and so friendly.
We have a garden with seats and benches.
Rent and council tax is paid directly to the agency at £450 a month.
Water £20-30 per month. It is set around £900 per 7 months and that will be split monthly by however many people live in the house.
Gas and electric: £30-50
WiFi:£5-10
Bills come to below £100 a month so normally you will be paying about £620 per month total.
We have a washer dryer and a dishwasher as well.
Lovely size living room with two couches a chair and a TV.
1 large storage closet and 2 large areas for storage under the stairs. Super useful!
