Looking for 2 new housemates to join me and my housemate Connor in fitzhamon embankment, ideally starting 1st Oct or asap.
Big spacious house very central Cardiff, less than 10 min walk to central station and right opposite principality stadium.
One room second floor (emptier room pictured, all furniture staying, although black table can stay or go).
Other room first floor, housemate currently in mid packing and will be out by 1st Oct (will be 1 of the tables in there and bed frame - easy to replace in fb marketplace though).
Rent £450 pcm, bills come to just over £150. Council tax band F
We’re both fairly sociable but work retail/hospitality so often on different schedules but hangout in the house when both around. Looking for similar housemates that are chill and tidy, ideally FLINTA but not a must.
