A room is available in a ground-floor flat beside Roath Recreation Ground on Ninian Road, from now until September 2027 (or otherwise). The room is Furnished or Unfurnished (i. e. a double bed, desk, and wardrobe can be included by me, or left clear if you prefer to bring your own belongings). The flat is shared with me, an academic at Cardiff University. I am generally tidy but not fastidious. I like company but can give people space to breathe.

The area is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, with convenient access to local shops/amenities on Wellfield Road and Albany Road.

Ideal Flatmate: Well-suited to a postgraduate or mature student, academic, or working professional. Open to both full-time residents and someone looking for a Monday–Friday / part-week base in Cardiff.
