I'm currently renting a 2-bed flat near Thompson's Park in Pontcanna and I'm looking for another tenant to take the second room.
I'm sociable and like to go on walks, cycling and watch movies. Ideally looking for a friendly and clean professional in their 20s or 30s to join!
Rent is £550 per month
Bills - around £150 incl electric, gas, water and council tax (band D)
No designated parking but there is on street parking in the area
Very spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Plenty of storage.
Very near Thompson's Park and near Bute Park for green space.
Close to Cowbridge Road with lots of shops and amenities nearby.
Unfortunately the landlord doesn't allow pets.
Females preferred :)
