Single room in Cardiff Bay. Bills included.

Hello I'm Hannah and I have a cosy single room available in Windsor Quay, Cardiff Bay. Room is in a two bedroom apartment on the first floor, sharing with myself.

There's a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and bathroom with bath & shower. All bills are included and the WiFi is really decent. There's also plenty of parking spaces.

Bedroom comes with single bed, small wardrobe, bedside drawers and optional desk (I can take this out if you don't need it).

I am currently there half the week because I have family commitments so will be back and forth.

The flat is nice and clean and compact. It's a minutes from the Taff Trail and lots of other lovely river walks. Mermaid Quay is a 15 minute walk across the bridge and we have Morrisons, Aldi and Asda on our doorstep.

The flat has just gone on the market to be sold so maximum stay is likely to be 6 months depending on how long it takes.

Rent is £125 a week, to be paid weekly.

Non-smokers and non-homeworkers only.
