💸 Rent: £750 + bills (utilities ~£100 each)
📅 Move-in: ASAP (but no rush, I want to find the right person!)

🏠 About the house:
It's a 2-bedroom terraced house with a converted loft, so there's plenty of extra space to make yourself at home (feels like a 3-bed!).

- One bathroom
- Spacious, open-plan living and dining room
- Lovely big kitchen
- Delightful garden backing onto the Bute Park wall, with lovely stretches of green to look out at. I've planted the garden with wildflowers and I even get frogs!
- Plenty of space for a home office, gaming setup, craft corner or whatever else makes you happy :^)
- Unlimited access to my cats

The area is really nice, and it's about a 25-minute walk from the city centre. There's loads nearby: co-op, big Tesco, Sport Wales gym, lots of coffee shops (Coffee#1, Coffee Lab, local cafés), restaurants, a bakery, local shops, Kings Road Yard and Riverside Market. There are also pharmacies, dentists and other useful amenities nearby.

❤️ About me:
I'm Mica (she/her), 27, originally from Argentina, with an MSc in Wildlife Conservation. I'm hoping to start a PhD soon! Outside of work/studying, I love crafting, painting, spending time in nature, hiking, gardening, baking, cosy movie nights, etc.

I'm organised and clean, and I like making my space feel peaceful and cosy. I really value having a home where we can both relax, recharge and feel completely comfortable.

🌈 Who I'm looking for:
I'd love to find someone I genuinely click with and feel comfortable sharing a home with. Ideally, you're someone who's considerate, communicative, tidy, open-minded, and neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ friendly.

It's really important to me that we meet up and get to know each other before making any decisions, as I want us both to feel happy and comfortable :^)
