‼️Replacement Housemate Needed Asap‼️

I have been requested to take a year out by my course and am looking for someone to replace me in this 4 bedroom house.

The 3 others that live here are great and social and I’ve lived with them last year (so they’re very friendly and also clean)

Only 1 smokes and only does so either in the garden or in their room.

The house is great with a spacious kitchen and little outdoor garden space. There is a washing machine as well as 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs.

‼️We are currently with a Cardiff Student Letting bills package which includes unlimited WiFi, water, and gas, this costs £117.28 a month, making the total cost of the house = £642.28 a month‼️

As for the room I am moving out of, it’s great and comfortable with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, 3 shelves, 2 pinboards, and a large chest of drawers. (Computer, tv, white table, Xbox, etc are not included as they are mine)

The only issue with the room is the placement of the plug sockets and may require long extension cords.
