Short-term large bedroom in lovely 2-bed home

I have a master bedroom available in a 2-bed house for up-to 3 months. Shared facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, bathroom + office (which isn't in use so great if you WFH). On street parking is available.

The house is located just off Whitchurch Road, with plenty of amenities that are walkable, including Sainsbury's and the post office just around the corner. Heath Hospital is a 20 minute walk. Other areas of the city very accessible by car or bus.

I am a female professional in my 30's, looking for a friendly housemate who's happy to catch up on the day and have a cuppa & watch tv, but equally respects alone time.

Please note: the 3 month stay is not extendable, as someone is moving in Feb. This would be ideal for you if you're new to the city, or in-between properties. Happy to accept a 1 month stay.
