The house is a short walk from the shops and cafes of Clifton Street and the art shops and studios of Broadway Road. It is about a 25/30 min walk to the central train station and town and a short drive to the A48/A470/M4. Easy commuting distance to all the studios and theatres.

Rent is inclusive of all bills incl Band D council Tax (subject to fair usage). Deposit is a months rent.
