The house has a lounge/diner for eating and socialising, with a flat screen Chromecast enabled TV, plus a well equipped kitchen.
There is a separate utility area with washing machine, and tumble dryer.

High speed wireless internet is available in all rooms.

All shared areas are cleaned weekly.

The paved rear garden has a washing line and furniture. A secure store is provided for bikes.

First floor tenants (3) share a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin plus a separate toilet with washbasin.

There is a separate shower room with toilet on the ground floor for use by the ground floor tenants (2).

It is around a 15 minute walk in either direction to the City Centre or The Bay area and just over a mile to Cardiff Swimming Centre, the ice rink, and the new Ski Dome (when completed).

There are excellent public transport links to the rest of Cardiff and beyond. There are a number of shops close by including a local Tesco store.

There is on street parking with NO restrictions and the road is quiet.

We require a £400 Deposit which is held by the Deposit Protection Service plus 1 month rent in advance of moving in.
