House is very spacious has two reception rooms, one with wood stove, very modern kitchen, dining table for 6ppl and the house is fully furnished. You also have full use of house. If you have a bike it can be stored in the garage.
Amenities: washer, separate tumble dryer, Wireless internet, garden/patio, permit street parking available. All bills included in rent.
Easy going Professional athletic guy, considerate, neat, clean, tidy and would expect you to be the same.
Unfortunately the pictures do not do the place justice. You have to see it to really appreciate it.
Very suitable for anyone doing contractual /consulting work in Cardiff as an alternative to a hotel or B&B.
