A large double room is available in a friendly household close to UHW, only a 6 min train ride to the city centre, or 15 min cycle or a bus ride.

The room is furnished with extensive storage including two double wardrobes bed, chest of drawers and there is room for a desk.

This is a lovely place to call home and would best suit those who understand the importance of considering others and who are looking for a clean and well maintained place to call home.

Clean and tidy is how I like to keep the place, kitchen and bathrooms ready for the next person to use. So if this isn’t you, this isn’t for you.

There is a large dining and shared lounge area, big kitchen and plenty of space to socialise. There is also a guest room for occasional visitors.

There is a well maintained garden for outdoor relaxing throughout the year.
The house is fully renovated and is at the upper end of the market.

Driveway. parking is available on a shared bases. Two cars can move freely in and out.

For those working from home a levy will be discussed to cover any additional costs.
