There is a shared upstairs bathroom & downstairs toilet, the landlady has the main bedroom which is an en-suite. There is a shared kitchen/breakfast room leading onto the laundry room. A large shared lounge/dinning room with a TV. Use of garage for limited storage. Plenty of parking on drive. Use of large back and front gardens with summerhouse, decking and patio, use of BBQ for entertaining. Family and friends can visit and stay overnight. Stays for a week can be accommodated, if needed.

The kitchen has an integral dishwasher and there are 2 fridge freezers and one integral fridge.

I have recently decorated the whole house, had new carpets and new hard flooring. I live at the property.

unfortunately I cannot have pets in the house, unless they are small caged animals.. I have 3 cats, all well behaved and very loving. They are mainly outside or lazying in my bedroom. They are not allowed in the lounge/dinning room. I also have 9 guinea pigs that live in their two hutch runs outside in the summer and In the winter they either in the garage or the insulated summer house.
