One double room available £550 pcm, bills included (need to pay towards electric for use of tumble dryer). 500 meg broadband. The bedroom has a chair, TV, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and double bed (wrong bedroom in photo, I have to take another photo).

Exclusive community of four detached houses behind electric gates, which provides plenty of off street parking and extra security with cameras.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom & downstairs toilet, the landlady has the main bedroom which is an en-suite. There is a shared kitchen/breakfast room leading onto the laundry room. A large shared lounge/dinning room with a TV. Use of garage for storage, and motor bikes. Plenty of parking on drive. Use of large back and front gardens with summerhouse, decking and patio. Family and friends can visit and stay overnight for a limited time of 3 nights, in your room.

The kitchen has an integral oven, dishwasher and integral fridge. There are two fridge freezers.

I have recently decorated the whole house, had new carpets and new hard flooring. I live at the property.

We share the housework on a rota basis.

You are limited to the type of pet you can have in the house. Small caged animals are fine. I have 3 cats that live in the house, all well behaved and very loving. They are mainly outside or lazying in my bedroom. I also have 3 guinea pigs that are outside in the summer and come inside during the winter.
