The house has everything here needed to just move straight in, is decorated to a high standard throughout and has a recently refurbished garden. The fully furnished bedroom has a king bed, built in wardrobes, a large storage cupboard, two chests of drawers and plenty of space for a desk.
The house has parking available on the street and is super close to all the amenities of the Bay and just a 1 mile walk from Cardiff Centre. The area is well connected with the A4232 link road making it easy for someone to commute who works outside of the city.
ALL bills are included - Full Fibre 500mb Broadband, Council Tax, Water, Energy, TV license, Sky/Cable TV including Sky Sports/BT Sports and cleaning.
