We have a lovely double room available in our friendly 4 person house share from August.
Large kitchen with dining table, homely living room and cute garden. Price is £595 per month, including water, council tax, TV licence and broadband. Tenants pay gas/electric between them in addition.
The current housemates are friendly, sociable and enjoy walking, music, arts, travelling, exercise and spending time with family and friends.
There is on street parking and the house is located a short walk from the shops on Albany road and the gorgeous Roath park. Easy commute to UHW/city centre
