I currently have a large room on the SECOND floor for 1 person. It looks out towards the lake and the garden. There is a bedroom and a study room.

There are 4 bathrooms in the house with 2 bathrooms ensuite. These rooms have access to a big bathroom and shower room.

Lovely garden.

Lots of space in the house with a number of TV's.

Brilliant large kitchen.

Minimum age 22.

The rooms are fully furnished.

Great for running around the lake or local fitness classes.

I also pay for a cleaner every month and I have just upgraded the internet to Fibre ultra fast.

Bills aren't included but I charge £100 a month for Gas / Water/ Electric, Internet and a Cleaner (every 2 weeks).

All rooms come with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Furnished

The rooms are not available to couples unless you want to take 2 rooms.

I would require the first month's rent, a deposit of one month's rent along with a UK home owning guarantor.

A Home-owning guarantor who lives in England or Wales is very important. Please don't book a viewing if you aren't able to provide one I am sorry but it is mandatory.
