Two professional females and Norman the sausage dog are seeking another female to join a friendly home . Monday to Friday let’s considered.

The house has 3 double bedrooms currently occupied by the live in landlord plus one other tenant. The house is fully modernised with a stunning kitchen diner and sunny garden. It has a large bathroom , separate bath and walk in shower and comfortable shared living room .

The bedroom has a double bed with headboard, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, mirror, clothes rail and space for a small desk. (Desk in photos belongs to current tennant so not included)

Would suit a professional person (no students) 35 upwards looking for a friendly, comfortable home, we share dinner and a bottle of wine from time to time. Females preferred and no students.

Available 30th June. Rent includes bills (broadband, council tax, electric, gas, water, Netflix).

The house is situated in bustling Canton on a lovely road close to the high street which has all the amenities you need. It's a 25 minute walk to the city centre and on a main bus route. 5 mins drive to A48 or M4. Females preferred and no students please.
