One Double Room For Rent Near City Centre

Hello! I've got one double room up for grabs in a two bedroom 2nd floor flat, 5 mins out of the city centre. It sports a Juliette style balcony (at least that's what I think they're called) overlooking the majestic Windsor Road. It's got itself an open plan kitchen/living room arrangement, and it also has access to a communal rooftop space that is criminally underused.

It's a 'cosy' ol' flat so it'd be great if we got along somewhat. I'm an easy going, liberal, 36yr old male that will never leave you passive aggressive notes, text messages or emails about the milk/dishes/cleaning.

I also manage a bar in town and so my days are offset a little and differ week to week, I get home early morning (1-3am) 2-3 evenings a week and I'm up fairly late the day after (10- it varies) although I can sleep through anything so you wouldn't need to tiptoe around it.

Short term lets are considered.
