The Room

Single room available to be rented (female preferred household) to live with another professional female who enjoys cooking, walking & cleaning.

You need to be friendly, clean, tidy and considerate to others.

The room is in a ground floor flat and has recently been renovated to a very high standard. There is a good size kitchen and a stunning bathroom. Central heating, unlimited fibre broadband, free car park & access to own courtyard.

Rent is £100 a week plus £40 for bills, some bills are not included such as Council Tax, so prefer students or you could pay the difference (which is £35 a month).

The flat is in quiet cul-de-sac location with parking spaces and park/lake for a nice walk. 4 mins walks to Mermaid Quey.

Room is available to move from 1st June 2024

Transportation: 11 mins walk (0.5 mile) to Cardiff Bay train station to Cardiff Queen Street Station (City Centre). If going to Cardiff university then catch a train to Cathy’s Park Campus.
