Flat available, Close to the city center.

Hey there potential flat mate.
I have have here a fantastic flat in Atlantic Wharf with majestic views across the water from each bedroom and from the balcony in the living room.
The flat is also a 3 minute walk from the city center.

The room available is partially furnished so if you are the chosen one, you can start from scratch and build up your bedroom to match your individuality. No need to worry about a wardrobe though, as the room comes with a walk in wardrobe fitted with large mirrored sliding doors.

We have two local shops, one is a One stop which is located next to the water on Atlantic wharf and the other is a Co-Op which is a little closer to the city center and both of which is about a 2 minute walk from the flat.

I'm looking for a professional flat mate, someone who appreciates a clean kitchen and a tidy living room. Someone who is considerate and respects boundaries.
And don't worry I'm not going to ask you to pass some personality test, I'm pretty easy to get along with.

About me. I'm a professional and work across the UK as an engineer. When I'm at home I'm either watching tv, reading, or studying for future prospects. I'm on a bit of a fitness journey at the moment and I go to the gym whenever I can fit it into my schedule.

Pros:
I was once a professional chef, I love to cook and love to share my food.

I'm clean and I do like an organized approach to the way something looks.

I'm respectful of your work schedule and will always try to accommodate to ensure we both live in a stress free environment.

I'm easy to get along with and you can easily have a laugh with me.

Cons:

I sing in the shower. (Don't worry, if you are on a teams call I'll sing in my head)

More About the flat.
I have internet already set up. It is through Hyperoptic and is the best in the area.
If you like a hot powerful shower, the shower will be perfect for you.
Electricity bills have started to come back down which is most certainly ideal.
I have a fridge freezer with plenty of room.
In the pictures, the wall art and the tupper ware on the cupboards was my previous flat mates so they have gone with him along with the excess clutter laying about because I took this pictures while he started the boxing up.
