We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join us in our fully furnished 3-bedroom house in Cardiff Bay (CF10 area).

You’ll be living with Alex (29, Data Analyst) and Michael (43, works at a small independent school).

We’re easy-going, clean, and sociable, but this isn’t a party house. We enjoy BBQs, movie nights, and occasional drinks, while also respecting each other’s space.

Ideally, we’re looking for a single working professional who is tidy, considerate, and friendly.

🚭 Smoking: Smoking is allowed outside only. We do not smoke inside the house.

🐾 Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
