- 30 minutes walk to town (shorter on public transport)

It's a double room, with an ensuite, and huge windows. The flat is on the 5th floor and has two shared balconies (one is the first photo).
I am a hybrid worker and have my monitor set up in the front room. My old housemate did the same, or you can use the space for something else.
It's close to both the WMC and Mermaid Quay (5/10 minutes walk) and to town (30 minutes walk or 15ish minutes on the train).
I am using the flats parking space and there isn't parking available around here.

Rent and bills:
Rent is £412.50 per month
Rent plus bills have ranged between £650 and £750 per month over the last 8 months.
I am currently using my data instead of having an internet contract. I have been working from home and watching TV with no issue, as the 5g is strong here. If you are also able to do this it would be roughly £25 less per month than the above figures.

About me and what I'm looking for:
*I'd like someone with a similar schedule to me as the walls aren't thick. I work m-f roughly 9-5, like the chance to lie in at the weekend, and have a few nights out.
*Someone who's comfortable with a slightly messy living room and a clean kitchen.
*I like a chat and hanging out but very happy doing my own thing. Just looking for a chill friendly vibe 😊
