Ensuite room in lovely flat down the Bay

My housemate is moving out on the 30th of April, so I am looking for someone to move in soon after that.
It's a room with a double bed, huge windows, and an ensuite. The flat is on the fifth floor and has a balcony.
There's table space in the front room for hobbies or work set up.
About a 5/10 minutes walk to the WMC and Mermaid Quay or 30 minutes to town.
Rent is £412.50 per month
Rent and bills has come to between £650 and £850 depending on the heating etc hopefully it will decrease more in the summer.
Council tax band E
I am using the flats parking space and it's hard to get parking around here. So ideally no car.

About me and what I'm looking for:
*I'd like someone with a similar schedule to me as the walls aren't thick. I work m-f roughly 9-5 and like the chance to lie in at the weekend. But I do do some nights out and I'm not trying to impose anything crazy just something to talk about.
*Someone who's comfortable with a slightly messy living room and a clean kitchen
*I like a chat and hanging out but very happy doing my own thing. Just looking for a chill friendly vibe 😊
