Use of kitchen/lounge on a shared basis with the owner (when I'm there). Homeworking desk/kit set up in the hallway, so not taking up your room space.
Cardiff Bay station nearby, 10min walk to Mermaid Quay and restaurants/entertainment, 20min walk to town. Parking not guaranteed (let's discuss).
Penthouse living but the balcony is out of use while the cladding is being replaced.
Initial period 3 months then we'll review how it's working.
