We have one upstairs double room available from 1st August 2026.
Large kitchen with dining table, nice decking and newly decorated throughout. tenants pay water/gas/electric and council tax between them.
We are both clean and tidy people to live with and we are looking for someone who will also respect the house in the same way. We are preferably looking for someone who is working.
On street parking (2 permits per household) currently both permits are in use but there are non permit spaces. Location: a 2 second walk to shops on Albany road and wellfield road.
