Double room, near UHW, sunny garden, all bills Inc

Hi I’m looking for a housemate for a double room on a quiet, residential street.

It’s a 15 min walk to UHW, 25 min walk into town and 5 min walk to the lovely cafes and shops on Whitchurch road.

There’s a large dining/living space, an upstairs bathroom and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The room comes furnished with a brand new bed, brand new mattress and a built-in wardrobe, there’s also a chest of drawers and a storage unit available if needed.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, a professional, who likes to keep a friendly, relaxed household.
Someone who might be interested in walks on the weekend or occasional dinner in the evening, but also happy to have our own space.

I’ve lived in several different houseshares in Bristol and London so I’m very used to sharing with people and would hope to keep a similar relaxed atmosphere.
I like running and going to the gym, Thai food, board games, walks/hikes, netflix binges and I go to art &craft classes.
