Quick description:
Its a 5 bed house with 4 incredibly friendly girls, room for rent is a large downstairs bedroom with a double bed and bay window, the house has three bathrooms, two showers (one is a shower/ bath) and a lovely kitchen and garden. It is on Brithdir Street so it is a 2 minute walk from the closest tesco and a 25min walk into town centre. It’s also close to the Woodville, the Flora, and a large lidl so you don’t have to travel far for anything. The landlord is extremely friendly and responsive to any problems; they often fix things within the day of us telling them. Rent is £550 a month and bills have been done separately so its cheaper overall (plus bills are all organised by a parent of one of the tenants so you wouldn’t have to worry about sorting that!
