I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy in a lovely 5-bed mixed gender house in Cathays as I am no longer pursing my masters.
We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly and chill! This house would be is ideal for someone looking for a social but relaxed house for next year.
The house is in a great student location close to shops, transport links, Cardiff university buildings and right opposite the SU! It has an open plan kitchen and living space, 2 bathrooms and spacious rooms.

Rent is £550 per month (excluding bills) and it is half rent in July and full rent from August.
