We have a spare room available in Cathays on Maindy Road. 6 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. Spacious garden at the back and large kitchen/dining area. Currently 5 boys all first/second year, 4 in uni of Cardiff and 1 in Cardiff Met. All friendly lads. Bills are roughly 60-70 pp so total price all in all will be around 600 pcm.
