I’m looking to find one girl to move into a house in Cathays. I’m 27, new ish to Cardiff and would love to have a house that feels like a home where we can get along and do nice stuff together like pub, explore, chill at home etc. also v happy with my own chill time too

It’s a post grad house so you must be a student (bc of council tax) and preferably 25-30!

£295 per month plus bills. Shared living room, kitchen, one bathroom upstairs, one half bath downstairs.

You can’t really tell from the ad but it’s a room with another small room attached to it (both would be yours). The second room can’t be rented out to an additional person bc you’d have to walk through the first room lol. But you can do what you please with it I. e. make it an office, walk in wardrobe, craft room etc xx
