Large Double Bedroom in Cathays, Great Flatmates!

Hi everyone!
I am looking for someone to take over my spacious double room for exactly one month till 31st August.
The entire group is vacating the house at the end of August, so this is strictly a short term let. It’s the perfect temporary setup if you are doing a summer internship, just moving to Cardiff and need a base while house-hunting, or just need a short-term place to stay!
The Room & House:
The Room: A spacious, fully furnished double room with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk space.
The House: You'll have full access to a large shared kitchen, a comfortable communal living room, and shared bathrooms.
Rent: £500 for the month, to keep it simple!

Availability: Strictly for the month of August.
The Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with friendly, easy-going housemates who are also wrapping up their time in Cardiff. It’s a relaxed, tidy environment, and everyone is busy packing up and getting ready for their next steps, so it's a very independent and stress-free house.
Location:
Located in a great, central spot in Cathays. It’s a short walk to local supermarkets, cafes, and pubs, with quick transport links or a short walk straight into the city centre.
