Large Bedroom to Rent in a Friendly Student House

We have a large double room in our spacious 5 bed, 2 bathroom house which is ready for a lovely person to move into , ,in Cathays, 15 min walk from the city centre.
Rent does not include bills however we have a separate contract with unihomes with all bills included for £112.76 per month.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, side table and a bed.
We are looking for anyone who will fit into our dynamic, nice, kind and sociable with a good sense of humour. Ideally someone who is able to clean up after themselves lol.
Our house has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a microwave.
Our landlord is very proactive and is in good contact with us about fixing things and making sure we feel safe in our environment.
