Looking for tenants to take over my room

I am looking for someone to take over my room at Alwyn Court as I’ll no longer be staying there.

The room is an ensuite in a 3–4 bedroom apartment, with a shared kitchen and living room. The accommodation is around 5 minutes from the Students’ Union and 7 minutes from the city centre, so it’s in a really convenient location. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away from the building and Lidl is 13 minutes from the location as well.

The building is highly secure, requiring an electronic key card to access the main entrance, your apartment, and your individual room. The rent also includes access to a 24/7 gym, dedicated study spaces, and a comfortable lounge area within the reception. Additionally, the reception is conveniently located just a six-minute walk from the building. The building also includes a bicycle garage, however, there is no dedicated garage for cars or motorbikes.
